Heres my review of my scoot ...the BV 350

    https://youtu.be/BtU0ebAodbM

  2. Thanks, really enjoyed that.

The BV is awesome, and for me would be one of the best options for a do it all scooter.

Love the white, and the clean look without the ugly DOT turn signals mandated in the U.S.

I agree I'm not a fan of the indicators they make you guys put on
  4. Shh, but many people connect EU turn signals and remove the add-ons after they buy the scoot. We removed them from our Buddy and Sports City using the OEM turn signals instead.

  6. I am a big fan of the BV350. Wish there were more frequent updates about the owner's experiences.
  7. I'm getting ready to take the plunge next weekend compliments of an inmate here.

Im about to take mine back to the shop having problems with the bearings on the front causing vibrations and is noisy ...1200 miles on the clock .. not a happy bunny at the moment

Pictures and a write up when you get it please!

  10. Keep up updated on how this gets resolved. Have not heard of front bearings being an issue; assume you mean steering head not wheel, correct?

  11. As in headshake?

We collected over 12k miles on 2 (his n hers) BV-350's and yes I could invite a mild wobble on them.

    And my Vespa.
    And my DR-650.
    Any bike can experience that.

Do you have a topcase on it? With the factory plastic bar ends?

Or are you speaking of a different symptom?

No not the headstock it seems its coming from the wheel bearings on the front ..i am waiting to see what the shop wants to do as at the moment they suggest i don't ride it but foot the bill for a pick up ...which is not happening so balls in there court as they say
  13. Edited a couple of errors...

I've owned a 2013 BV-350 since August of last year. Have put about 2,000 miles on it. I love this scooter! I bought it to augment my Vespa S150 - it's an urban scooter and I wanted a road bike.

It's light enough that I can manage it easily. It's very fast off the line! It won't keep up with the serious crotch rockets, but, hey, it's a 350 scooter! I have no problem keeping up with on group rides.

I changed out the stock windshield with a taller one. I'm 5' 6" and my helmet was getting buffeted. The new one does add drag (and reduces mpg) but it sure is more comfortable at highway speeds.

I chose the BV over other large scooters because I like the styling better. I tested a Majesty 400 and it was a great ride, but I don't like the cruiser styling. The BV is lighter and, I dare say, faster. For me it's a very comfortable ride.

  14. ScooterRick does indeed keep up with the big boys on his BV350. A couple of pics from a recent ride we went on:

i know what you mean about the laid back style i tried the forza 300 and found it too small even though its bigger if that makes sense .. i prefer a more upright ride ... i used to find when i had a silverwing 600 sitting at lights my legs would ache because I'm tall and they were bent so all the pressure on the thighs ..
  17. Scootrick, what windscreen are you running on your BV?
